Privacy Policy

Fotoh, Inc. ("Fotoh", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, why, how it is stored, and your rights.

What we collect

Account data: If you create a Fotoh Store account or sponsor a Hub, we store your name, email, shipping address, and order history.
Payment data: Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see your full card number. We retain Stripe's payment token and the transaction amount/timestamp for accounting.
Form submissions: When you submit a contact, partner, or sponsorship form, we store the fields you submit plus the timestamp and source page URL.
Live Athan app: The iOS app's privacy practices are described in the App Store privacy label. Prayer times are computed on-device. The app does not transmit your location to Fotoh servers unless you opt into masjid mode broadcasting.
eProfile: Personal data inside the eProfile (matrimonial preferences, financial history, Companion conversation context) is encrypted on-device and never sold or shared.

We never sell your data to third parties.
We never license the eProfile to advertisers.
We never share your Companion conversations.
We never share your matrimonial preferences without your explicit consent for each specific match.
We never expose data about non-masjid athan calls — the Ummah Census uses only anonymized aggregate location data.

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to delete it, or withdraw consent at any time. Email privacy@fotohinc.com.

Anthropic — Companion AI (for Life Services tier only; free-tier queries do not touch third-party LLMs)
Apple / Google — app distribution and in-app purchases
