MMS is management infrastructure for the masjid that runs on volunteers — the one the board keeps afloat with spreadsheets and a treasurer who learned by doing. The design is a panel the masjid controls, with voice as an addition rather than the whole interface. A masjid cannot sign up and use MMS today. What exists is the masjid’s own public page and a modest console for iqāmah, announcements and events; the rest is specified and not yet built. Which build of that console is actually deployed is not written down anywhere in Fotoh’s records — three documents call it undeployed and three call it live — so treat what you see of it as unverified until one document says which build is live at which address. The masjid never pays for any of it.
MMS is the masjid’s side of the ecosystem. It feeds MIS the masjid’s own record, and it is the birthplace of the event metadata Meathanah keeps. The covenant that governs it: no masjid site is ever taken down, degraded, throttled, watermarked or feature-gated for money, and the masjid’s data is the masjid’s — free export at any time.
