COMPLOY — Employment Assistance — Fotoh, Inc. Product #10

COMPLOY is designed as job matching and interview coaching that reaches a person through the Companion — a conversation, never a form: tell me about your situation. It is a service inside the Companion, not a standalone platform. Today it is a specification: there is no coaching engine, no skill assessment, no matching, no employer directory, no resume generation and no scheduling. Seekers would never pay; employers would. Nothing here is usable yet.

What it does

Designed: interview coaching as a conversation rather than a form
Designed: matching skills to opportunities, halal work only
Designed: handing off to Qardon when the real problem is money rather than the job
There is no employer network and no employer directory. How halal work is verified is an open question.
Nothing is built, and nothing is billable

How it connects to the ecosystem

COMPLOY lives inside the Companion, alongside Matrimonial — one application, not three. A job-loss calamity claim filed with Recovery is designed to route here.
