qardon.com is a marketplace for buying and selling anything an owner is willing to carry — homes, cars, land, mobile homes, equipment, boats, businesses — at one fixed price paid over time, with no interest, ever. There is one price, the same whether paid now or over time. It is agreed once and never grows — not with time, not with lateness, not with anything at all. That is the covenant of the fixed price, and it is the whole product.

There is nothing here to compare against a bank. You will not find a rate, an annual percentage, a financing calculator or a which-is-cheaper slider on qardon.com, and not because they were forgotten. A price paid over time and an interest-bearing loan are not two versions of the same thing, so the site never invites the comparison. One price, agreed once, that never grows.

What it does

One price on every listing, the same paid now or over time. It never grows.
Buyers pay nothing, ever. Sellers list free.
A seller is offered an honest fork: carry at the same price, carry at his own higher fixed price, or take cash today.
Licensed professionals — dealers, agents, brokers, escrow, title — pay nothing today. The platform makes the opportunity; a licensed professional closes it.
A buyer can make a 0% offer on a listing, and a seller can counter.
Browse and search by keyword, category and distance — and be told plainly, in words, when nothing is near, rather than shown a padded grid.
No late charge of any kind, ever. A late buyer is late; the price does not move.

What it is not

Not a lender, not a bank, not a finance company.
Not the guarantor of any sale.
Not a holder of anyone’s money — money never touches a Fotoh account.
Not a collector of installments. The buyer pays the seller directly, bank to bank; the seller receives every payment himself and stays the legal owner on the title until the last payment.
Not a nonprofit and not a charity. It issues no tax document and promises no deductibility.
Several lanes are built and deliberately not wired open, each waiting on counsel or on a decision that is Awwad’s. This page does not present any of them as available.

How it connects to the ecosystem

qardon.com is the marketplace and installment side of the same one company, Fotoh, Inc.; qardon.org is where a waqf and its interest-free lending are recorded. A missed installment can be brought to Recovery as a calamity claim and reviewed there — but Recovery is a record of the yield the community’s awqaf earned, not a pot held against defaults, its payouts are not open yet, and it makes nobody whole and guarantees nothing. An interest-free home sale under Karam would run through here.
